We are looking for an Email Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to drive our marketing campaigns and grow our prospect base. This role will focus on generating qualified leads through targeted email campaigns, nurturing prospects, and managing lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is skilled in crafting engaging email content, optimizing email performance, and using digital channels to convert leads into potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Campaign Management
Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns that target specific customer segments for lead generation.
Craft compelling email copy, design templates, and create calls-to-action to drive conversions and engagement.
2. Lead Generation Strategy
Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including list building, email drip campaigns, and retargeting efforts.
Identify and use lead generation tools, webinars, downloadable content, and other strategies to attract and qualify leads.
3. Audience Segmentation & Personalization
Segment email lists based on industry, behavior, or demographics to personalize communications and improve relevance.
Use dynamic content and personalization techniques to enhance email engagement and conversion rates.
4. Automated Workflows & Nurturing
Set up and manage automated workflows to nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
Implement drip campaigns for lead nurturing, re-engagement, and targeted follow-up communications.
5. A/B Testing & Optimization
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and other elements to optimize campaign performance.
Continuously monitor and analyze email metrics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
6. Lead Qualification & Handoff
Develop criteria to qualify leads and establish a process to hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead scoring and to refine lead nurturing and follow-up strategies.
7. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and report on key performance metrics, including leads generated, conversion rates, and email performance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance lead generation efforts.
8. Collaboration & Alignment
Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and alignment on messaging.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate email marketing with other lead generation efforts like social media and content marketing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign).
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
Strong copywriting skills and experience in creating persuasive, conversion-focused content.
Analytical skills and experience with data reporting tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a B2B or training/education environment.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital ad campaigns.
Ability to use data analytics and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking and reporting.
