We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager of Learning and Development specializing in Data Science, AI, and ML to lead our technical training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent leadership and communication skills to drive impactful learning experiences across the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct and deliver technical training sessions in Python, machine learning, deep learning, and R programming.
2. Oversee and manage the training team, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of training programs.
3. Develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
4. Provide end-to-end support for learner success, addressing queries and concerns to ensure a positive learning experience.
5. Leverage technical expertise to enhance training content and methodologies, staying current with industry advancements.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and customize programs to meet those requirements.
7. Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, implementing continuous improvements.
8. Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, offering training in these areas as a secondary focus.
9. Drive the integration of AI and ML applications into the company’s learning management systems (LMS).
10. Stay informed about the latest technological advancements and incorporate relevant updates into training materials.
11. Continuously update programs based on emerging trends in AI, ML, and Data Science to keep the curriculum competitive.
12. Develop and deliver custom corporate training programs for upskilling teams in Data Science, AI, and ML within various industries.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus.
2. 3-5 years of proven experience in technical training and team management.
3. Strong technical skills in Python, machine learning, deep learning, and R programming.
4. Secondary skills in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI are desirable.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team effectively.
7. Proven track record of successful learner outcomes and training program effectiveness.
8. Adaptability to evolving technology trends and a commitment to continuous learning.
9. Certification in training or a related field is a plus.
