Job Description — HR Manager
Position: HR Manager
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
Location: Remote (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Post job openings on various job portals and the company website.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial interviews and reference checks.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.
Onboarding & Induction
- Prepare and manage onboarding documents and checklists.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
- Ensure all joining formalities and compliance documents are completed accurately.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Gather and share employee feedback to improve workplace culture.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
Additional HR Support
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless HR operations.
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs when required.
- Participate in various HR initiatives and process improvement.
Requirements
- Education: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 year of relevant HR experience
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools preferred
