Job Description — HR Manager

Position: HR Manager

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

Location: Remote (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Post job openings on various job portals and the company website.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per role requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial interviews and reference checks.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Prepare and manage onboarding documents and checklists.
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all joining formalities and compliance documents are completed accurately.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Gather and share employee feedback to improve workplace culture.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Additional HR Support

  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless HR operations.
  • Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs when required.
  • Participate in various HR initiatives and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Education: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
    • Experience: Minimum 2 year of relevant HR experience
    • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
    • Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools preferred
