The B2C Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the consumer market. This role focuses on identifying and converting leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in B2C sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch cybersecurity courses to students, working professionals, and businesses.
- Conduct product demos/tele counselling to showcase course features and career benefits.
- Must have understanding on how the tools of Cyber Security work along with their industry applications.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve B2C sales targets and revenue
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into customers through various sales channels (e.g., phone, email, social media).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to potential
- Make target-based calls on a daily basis in order to convert leads
- Generate revenue by selling SkillzRevo’s courses
- Achieve monthly targets by converting active leads
- Work in a high-pressure environment and meet given targets
- Liaise between the internal teams and Course team
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Manage end-to-end B2C Sales
- Providing in-depth information to prospective users, including counselling through phone, email & chat
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Handle Objections and Price negotiations to generate Sales Revenue
- Track sales, maintain data and reports daily
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms and conditions meet both company and customer
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related
- Proven experience in B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
- High level of motivation and a results-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2C Technical Program Sales
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (basic understanding of networking, ethical hacking, cloud security, Cloud Computing, Big Data Engineering and Devops etc.).
