Job Overview:

SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Manager (Full-time or Part-time) to support and manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR operations. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about fostering a strong and people-centric work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

– Post job openings on relevant job boards and company portals.

– Screen incoming applications and identify potential candidates.

– Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers.

– Conduct initial phone screenings and reference checks where required.

2. Onboarding & Induction

– Prepare and manage onboarding materials and documentation for new hires.

– Conduct orientation and induction sessions for new employees.

– Ensure timely completion and filing of all employment-related paperwork.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

– Assist in planning and executing team-building events, recognition programs, and other employee engagement initiatives.

– Collect feedback from employees on engagement programs and suggest areas for improvement.

4. HR Administration & Compliance

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS (e.g., Kredily).

– Assist with creation, filing, and organization of HR documentation.

– Support HR team in audits, compliance checks, and ongoing operational projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

– 0–2 years of relevant HR experience (for interns or entry-level applicants).

– Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

– Familiarity with HR tools, documentation processes, and HRMS platforms like Kredily.

– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

– Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.

Employment Type:

– Full-Time / Part-Time / Internship (depending on candidate availability and suitability)

– Work Mode: Remote / On-site (as per business needs)

Compensation:

Starting from ₹5,000 per month (for part-time or intern role); negotiable for experienced full-time candidates based on performance and role fit.
