Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern – Technical Content & Operations to support the L&D team in creating, curating, and managing technical training content and ensuring seamless execution of training operations. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education technology, content development, and learning systems.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Content Support
Assist in creating and curating technical training content (presentations, handouts, assessments, quizzes).
Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and trainers to update or repurpose content for different batches.
Perform quality checks on LMS-uploaded materials and ensure content alignment with course objectives.
Research and compile resources (articles, videos, datasets, etc.) for supplementary learning.
Learning Operations Support
Help in setting up and maintaining course structures and schedules in LMS or internal systems.
Coordinate with trainers for session planning, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
Support in conducting online/offline training sessions – logistics, Zoom setup, calendar invites, recording, etc.
Track learner engagement, assignment submissions, and generate performance reports.
Communication & Coordination
Work closely with the L&D Head, trainers, and program managers for seamless content delivery and learner experience.
Respond to learner queries related to course materials and schedules (under supervision).

Eligibility & Skills Required
Bachelor’s Degree (pursuing or completed) in Computer Science, IT, Education, or related fields.
Strong interest in technical education, learning content, and EdTech tools.
Basic understanding of programming languages / data science / AI (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with Canva, PPT, or LMS tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and deadlines.
