SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd specializes in providing carefully designed online and offline certification programs and career assistance services, collectively known as the “Programs.”

REGISTRATION FEE
Fees for each course are set by the admissions team and may vary. SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify course fees at any time as necessary.
ENROLLMENT POLICY
- By enrolling as a learner, you agree to adhere to the Rules and Regulations set by SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd, which currently include basic disciplinary principles, examinations, assessments, learning, training, fees, and placements. These guidelines may be updated at SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd’s discretion, and we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any changes.
- If you fail to provide the necessary documents verifying your qualifications for the course, SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or terminate your enrollment immediately.
- Failure to pay the required fees in the agreed-upon installments within the specified deadline, including any 7-day grace period, may result in SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd canceling your admission without liability to refund any fees already paid. SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd may then offer your seat to another candidate.
- You agree to maintain a minimum attendance record of 75%. If this attendance requirement is not met, SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for providing placement assistance upon course completion.
- Your registration is contingent upon the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in your application. It is assumed that you possess the qualifications listed. If any information is found to be inaccurate or falsified, SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel your admission without refunding any fees already paid.
- Course materials and frameworks are subject to ongoing educational review and may be modified. This could result in courses being updated, discontinued, or substituted.
- Upon completing the training, the learner will receive a certificate of course completion.
- The learner agrees to maintain the confidentiality of course content and distributed study materials and commits to not sharing, uploading, or making them available to any individual, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Any breach of intellectual property rights may result in the termination of enrollment and could also lead to legal action.
- The learner acknowledges that SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd has not made any guarantees regarding job placements, salaries, or other outcomes. Any discussions on these topics do not constitute a legal commitment.
- SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to withhold the issuance of a passing certificate until all fees have been paid. Additionally, SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd may prohibit the learner from participating in scheduled evaluations or examinations, and in such cases, placement services will also be withheld.
- By signing the enrollment or registration form, the learner grants SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd full authorization to use their name, marks, and other details in publicity campaigns, marketing, and advertising across all media platforms.
- SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to immediately remove any learner who deliberately and persistently neglects their educational responsibilities to the extent that they cannot be considered to have completed the academic assignments or progress to the next stage. Admission to further courses is contingent upon satisfactory performance. In such cases, SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd will not be obligated to provide placement services.
- Learners are required to regularly access and manage their Learning Management System (LMS) accounts, as SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd will send important information, including updates on assessments, course alerts, and reminders. SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd will assume that learners have read these communications. It is the learner’s responsibility to check their LMS account to ensure they receive all official communications from SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd. Learners must inform SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd of any changes to their address. Notices or information sent to the last provided address will be considered properly given.
USER ID AND PASSWORD INTEGRITY
By navigating to the Website, you acknowledge and agree that your user ID and password are intended for your exclusive use. Sharing or granting access to another individual to use your personal ID is prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of your access to the Website, its services, content, and course materials, as well as the termination of your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and for all activities that occur under it.
LEARNING RESOURCES
As part of the services provided by SkillzRevo Solutions Pvt Ltd, we will grant you access to various resources, including content, practice tests, and other materials, which may be in formats such as audio, video, written, recorded, photographic, or machine-readable, related to the specific training course you have enrolled in. We reserve the right to modify or revise the content and course materials at our sole discretion. If any changes are made, you may be required to pay an additional fee to access the updated or revised resources.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You acknowledge that we hold sole ownership of the Website, the Services, and the Content, including all Intellectual Property Rights and other proprietary rights related to these assets. This Agreement only grants you the right to use the Website, the Services, and the Content for the exclusive purpose outlined.
Batch Change Cost Charges
The fee offered at the time of admission is always campaign-specific and depends on the cost of a batch. Any loss of a seat results in a significant impact on the estimated batch delivery cost. Consequently, a Batch Change Cost of INR 8,000 (Inclusive of GST) + applicable taxes (or USD 100) is charged for fresh batch alignment.
